All my life gaining weight has never been something my body would let me do, except when I had cancer then I gained all the weight! Then of course lost it all by doing absolutely nothing after treatment was over. I started my journey with LIFFE Fitness Center at 105 pounds I’m now up to 114! I know that may not seem like anything to most, but to me it’s flippin awesome! And I owe it all to my trainer Ron! Thank you for pushing me and believing in me even when I give him a hard time, because if you know me I always got something to say🤣
Love this place. Best 60 minutes of my day everyday. Fitness, fun & change. Stop in. You won’t regret it!
I get my behind kicked, I asked myself “am I really paying to get my behind kicked?” On the flip side, my blood pressure, weight and A1C has all went down. I have toned up and have inspired others with my journey. Everything you want in a gym that has inspirational trainers!
