With over 28 years of dedicated service in the United States Army, I retired as a Sergeant Major, having had the privilege of taking care of Soldiers and their families. Throughout my military career, I was deeply involved in guiding Soldiers to meet and exceed physical fitness standards, helping them navigate personal fitness goals, and fostering a holistic connection between physical health and mental well-being.
My passion for fitness blossomed during my time as a Command Master Fitness Trainer, where I worked extensively to improve the physical readiness of Soldiers. Today, I leverage over 20 years of experience in physical fitness training and a wide array of certifications to empower clients on their personal fitness journeys.
I am a certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Resiliency Trainer, and specialize in weight loss, muscle gain, strength building, and corrective exercise. My approach is grounded in meeting clients at their current fitness level, then collaborating to design a tailored plan that helps them reach their goals. I work with individuals and groups, fostering a motivating and energetic environment that encourages progress while having fun.
